The Olive Harvest
At our Casa in Spain, we have around 14 olive trees. As we gain experience in pruning and irrigating them, we're gradually mastering the art of olive oil production. In 2024, four of our trees yielded 47 kg of olives, resulting in 10 liters of exquisite 'single estate' olive oil.
